  1. Hi,

I used the Stripez theme, but the thumbnails doesnt seem to load.
I read from ur ReadMe that it may be blocked by the Hosting Provider, but the server is my own and i have not set any blocklist.
    Can you please advise?

I too am having issues with the thumbnails. I also found out that there was to upload folder so that was something that we had to create ourselves.

I have fixed the permissions and everything should work but doesn’t.

image thumb not work if you using outside URL image. you must upload it from your blog. upload folder is inside you wp-content directory.

I think your hosting provider not allow my script. So try to contact your hosting provider and tell them to make timthumb.php whitelist.

Why would a hosting provider not allow this particular script to run though?

  5. the theme is superb. Thank you ;)

  6. Hi,

I managed to get the thumbs to work on my front page. However, recently it has stopped working again.

My previous thumbs are all displaying normally, but the new post that i have added, the thumbs are not appearing.

I’m not exactly sure what is the problem, but when i tried to go manually to the softlink
    http://www.woodlandsyec.org.sg/wp-content/themes/Stripez/Stripez/timthumb.php?src=http://www.woodlandsyec.org.sg/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/pic30867.jpg&h=50&w=80&zc=1

It gives me a ‘GD Library Error: imagecreatetruecolor does not exist’

Not sure if it helps. Can you kindly advise how to troubleshoot?

    Thanks alot!

Hi Tracy Lee, Thanks for using this theme. By the way, do you change any code from this theme?

    • I did now, I hadn’t before… I was trying to figure out a solution to make this work…

I didn’t change anything major though, just added in the featured content gallery to see if I could get that working instead…
