Free WordPress Theme – Haniology
I’m happy to announce my new free wordpress theme Haniology Magazine. It take a long time to release this theme since my last free theme. Hope you will download and use it to your site.
Haniology Features:
- Magazine Style comes with image thumbnail. It will capture the first image in your post, so make sure you have image in every post.
- Drop-down menu ready for category menu.
- Theme Option Panel will be included. Just a simple setting, no need to do the hard code.
- Widget Ready, Social Networking Submission Ready in your post.
- PSD logo included.
- Compatible with IE7, Firefox 3, Opera and Safari also Compatible with the latest WordPress version.
Haniology is a free theme under license Creative Commons without removing copyright link at the footer.
How To Install
Download the theme file and extract the zip file then upload the theme directory to your theme directory in wp-content/themes. After that apply it on your wordpress dashboard in menu Appearance then setting the theme at your wordpress dashboard panel.
FAQ
Make sure you change the cache directory permission to 777. If you fail to do that your image thumbnail will not appear properly.

Is there a way to change the copyright date to 2010 and remove the ‘site admin’ and ‘login’/ ‘logout’ links in the footer?

Hi Yoshz, Beautiful themes, simply awsome, Thank you. I have followed the instructions to a tee, I have set the cache folder in wp content/thtmes/haniology to cmod 777 and I still cannot get the timthumb to bring up the images in my post’s. They dont even show up in the post it self. could you give me a heads up as to what could be a fix for this? Thanks Yoshz. James.

Also, I have deactivated every plugin and it still will not show any of my images. I put the images in each post at the beginning, do they have to be a certain size or something?

Hello again Yoshz. Ok its not my hosting company. My hosting company is just host.com and all permissions are given and scripts allowed to run. BUT!!! In your free themes, there is nothing about custome fields or anything. The read me is very brief and does not explain the custom field that has to be created, can you send me a copy of that read me with those instructions or just post them here please? I sent you an email last nignt with the log in info for my site. It would be so helpfull to be able to use thuis beautifull theme, lol. The email should have come from james@entechpc.com. On the featured galleries, do you know how/where you make the image crop from the top and not the center of the pics?

Oh, no problem man. I cannot find it listed anywhere! Seems like it should be in the CSS, but with javascript, there is no telling.
