Free WordPress Theme – Choco Yoshz
I think this theme will be the last theme for this month. Choco Yoshz Magazine that the name for my latest free wordpress theme.
This theme are Chocolate and Red colored theme. Its come with Automatic Thumbnail Picture (it will take the first picture in your post) for the featured post gallery, Valid CSS/XHTML, Widgetized sidebars, Ad space for 125 x125 px and 468 x 60 px, Social Bookmarking, Retweet Button and Gravatar Ready, Compatible with IE7, Firefox 3, Opera and Safari, Compatible with the latest WordPress 2.8.6 and last but not least custom PSD logo file included with the theme file.
Choco Yoshz Magazine is a free theme under license Creative Commons without removing copyright link at the footer.
How To Install
Download the theme file and extract the zip file then upload to your wordpress directory in wp-content/themes. After that apply it on your wordpress dashboard in menu Appearance. This theme doesn’t need any plugin, just upload and use but don’t forget to read ReadMe First text document for theme setting.

I really like this wp and i’m currently using it. but unfortuantely, the uploaded image that i have in my post isn’t showing up on the gallery. what am i suppose to do step by step on how to put images up so that they can be in the gallery.

I have read Melissa’s comments and I can’t get the featured section to work either.
I too, like the blog, and have been playing around with it. I won’t go any further in setting it up until I can get this resolved.
Simply put — the featured section won’t show up. I uploaded a quick second post and the same problem.
Can you help? I’d really like to use this.

ok, i’m back again and now the slideshow doesn’t move anymore. i have a total of 3 images and i need to put more up. is there something missing or did i mess up something? thanks again!!! you’re a lifesaver!!

I have made a lot of changes on the template locally and I had a problem with the thumbnails.
I saw that only the .png files are being shown.
As for the gallery, this is a situation itself.
If it can’t show the thumbnail it doesn’t work.

what kind fo chages have you made?
cause this theme will capture a first picture in your post no matter .jpg or .png. it’s only take picture that you upload in your site. if you use outside url image it’s doesn’t work.

I have used locally on my pc.
And I put a .png by uploading it to the wp images library. No outside url.

Why not you download new zip file and then try used it at your local. Don’t make any changes cause I want to know the problem. Thanks

You have right.
Your theme has his own way to work.
For example we have to ADD MEDIA instead of Add IMAGE.
When we add a video we must and a thumbnail photo.
Now, I have to remove the categories it shows, such as the advertise space below the gallery.
