Brick
This theme are Blue and Black colored theme. Its come with Automatic Thumbnail Picture (it will take the first picture in your post), Valid CSS/XHTML, Widgetized sidebars, Ad space for 125 x 125 px and 728 x 90 px, Social Bookmarking, Gravatar Ready, Compatible with IE7, Firefox 3, Opera and Safari, Compatible with the latest WordPress 2.9 and last but not least custom PSD logo file included with the theme file. Option Theme Setting also included at the wordpress dashboard. So it’s will give our theme easy to use and setting.
Brick is a free theme under license Creative Commons without removing copyright link at the footer.
How To Install
Download the theme file and extract the zip file then upload the theme directory to your theme directory in wp-content/themes. After that apply it on your wordpress dashboard in menu Appearance then setting the theme at your wordpress dashboard panel.

Ok the for the photo gallery you must have 2 post and setting the gallery at Brick Option Panel.
For the footer, don’t remove the footer link. Thanks

I haven’t removed any footer info and it’s still not full functional.

Tried it. No luck. Added a second post to see gallery…no luck. Can’t seem to figure it out.
